The following Terms of Use shall apply to the access and use of the Definiens Community by you (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You”).
 
This Definiens Community shall enable Users to exchange ideas and information in relation to Definiens products.
 
Definiens AG (hereinafter referred to as “Definiens”) does not control the content posted by visitors to the Definiens Community (hereinafter referred to as “Content”) and does not warrant the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any Content. Definiens is not responsible and not liable for any Content.
 
You shall not post and/or make available any illegal Content that violates the laws, including, but not limited to privacy and data protection laws, or third party rights, in particular no contents subject to license without the consent of the legal proprietor.
 
You shall also make sure that any data You post do not jeopardize the operation of the server or communications network or the security and integrity of other data stored on the server.
 
Definiens reserves the right to change, at any time, at its sole discretion, these Terms of Use. Your continued access to and use of the Definiens Community constitutes Your agreement to all such Terms of Use.”

The Definiens Standard Terms of Use shall apply in addition to these Definiens Community Terms of Use and are incorporated herein by reference; provided, however, that in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Definiens Community Terms of Use and the Definiens Standard Terms of Use, the terms and conditions of the Definiens Community Terms of Use shall control.
